Shipping policy
Most items are shipped using a Royal Mail tracked service (first class signed for, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 or Special Delivery) at our sole discretion.
Larger items may be shipped using other courier services at our sole discretion.
Once items are passed to our couriers, shipments are subject to their terms of carriage. Loss or damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, in writing, and we will make all reasonable endeavours to notify our couriers of such event as quickly as possible.
Our couriers will investigate any claim for loss, which may take up to 14 days. In the event they deem the claim valid, we will replace or refund the full value of your order only once compensation is received from them. In the event that the claim is not upheld (for example if, upon investigation, they determine the item was delivered correctly), their decision is absolute and no compensation will be due.
Drop-shipped items
Some of the items you purchase on our website may be drop-shipped from both UK and overseas locations.
Shipping Times
- Domestic Shipping (within the UK): Estimated delivery time is [1–5 business days].
- International Shipping (shipping from overseas drop-shippers to our UK customer): Estimated delivery time is [5–15 business days]. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the shipping country.

Safe Place Delivery Indemnity Clause
In the event that the Customer authorises the Retailer's designated courier to leave the purchased item(s) in a specified safe place without requiring a signature upon delivery, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Retailer, its agents, employees, and couriers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the delivery and subsequent loss, theft, or damage of the item(s). By opting for a safe place delivery, the Customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any risks associated with the item(s) being left unattended, including but not limited to weather conditions, theft, or damage by third parties. The Retailer shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the item(s) in the manner instructed by the Customer or for any loss or damage occurring after the item(s) have been left in the designated safe place. The Customer further agrees that this indemnity shall remain in effect notwithstanding any efforts by the Retailer or its courier to mitigate any potential loss or damage.
