New ground for Pembroke Boro FC

Pembroke Boro Football Club to play 2026–27 season in Pembroke Dock pothole.

Officials at Pembroke Boro Football Club confirmed plans today to play all 2026–27 home fixtures in a pothole on Treowen Road in Pembroke Dock.

‘The Magpies’ had been exploring ground-sharing arrangements with other local teams while their London Road pitch undergoes essential repairs.

However, after a site visit earlier this week, club officials agreed the pothole “offered everything they were looking for.”

“It just made sense”

The Chairman confirmed: “We looked at a few options, but in the end the pothole on Treowen Road ticked all the boxes. It’s got natural depth, good drainage, and there’s plenty of room for spectators around the edge.”

Season tickets

Demand for season tickets is reportedly high, with fans describing the new ground as: “A step up, if anything.”
