Man misses son's graduation

Man misses son's graduation (from primary school, secondary school and university) while stuck at Pembroke Dock traffic lights.

54 year-old Martin Evans from Pembroke Dock "nipped out for some bread" 19 years ago and hadn't been seen since.

Martin was finally reunited with his now fully-grown son earlier this week after the lights briefly turned green… before returning to red.
